right from the start

Right from the Start is a coaching program for leaders and managers making a significant career transition.  They may be joining the organisation in a senior role or developing their career within the organisation.  Either way the turns in the leadership pipeline can bring threats as well as great opportunities and experience shows that coaching support can help with a successful transition.

The program is flexible, providing coaching as well as telephone and email support over six months and includes:

• A review of the new role and organisational context
• A biographical review of the leader’s career
• A review of strengths and development needs in relation to the new role
• Psychometric profiling, including the Hogan Development Survey that looks at the risks of management derailment
• Coaching support in the new role, drawing on extensive experience as well as research into change and transitions

Right from the Start can also include team coaching to help with the integration of the new leader.
