Telephone coaching sessions can be substituted for face-to-face sessions where appropriate and will reduce the time commitment as well as the costs.  They will also help to reduce pollution, keeping cars off the road and feet on the ground!

We recommend that remote coaching only occurs after at least one face-to-face session to establish the relationship and the contract.  Telephone coaching will not be suitable for all needs and we will work with you to deliver the most appropriate program.
