Our organisation development work combines our skills in coaching and team facilitation with consultancy – advising on as well as supporting the advancement of organisation culture.
A new or revised strategy in response to external changes is often the catalyst for internal change. Another possible reason is a mismatch between the brand - what the customer proposition is - and the internal culture. What we do is listed below - we get involved at any stage:
- Diagnostic work to understand the current culture - interviewing senior leaders, running focus groups and drawing on any internal staff surveys
- Coach and advise the senior leaders on the culture change required to support the strategy and options for delivering this
- Help senior teams to develop the new operating framework including the core purpose, vision and values for the business or part of it. Using our team coaching and facilitation, we support them in developing their new way of working in support of the strategy and/or brand.
- Help senior teams develop the new way of working across the business or their area of responsibility. We work with teams to explore and embed new behaviours and methods of working and change the relationship dynamics across the organisation
- We facilitate cross-functional as well as cross-organisation meetings to develop new agendas based on relationships of trust and collaboration. We are trained in large group work, including Future Search Conferences.
- We set up and facilitate action-learning groups. This can be done as part of a leadership development program or as a major program of learning in it’s own right.
