We provide one-to-one coaching with leaders and managers at all levels in support of personal and business performance. Our combined organisation and psychology background means we can handle both personal and organisational issues, working at deeper levels to bring about change.
Coaching has the advantage of being tailored to the individual’s needs and work/life context, providing relevant support and immediately transferable learning. We normally provide an initial session free of charge to establish the purpose and objectives for the coaching program and to get the relationship off to a good start.

Coaching support can be provided as part of a company’s leader/manager development program or independently to support individuals in their work and career.
We will work with you to agree a flexible program to meet your needs. For example you may need a two-hour session each month, some in-depth half-day sessions, some telephone coaching or a combination of all these. We will agree a cost-effective fixed fee with you for the program.
