Service Contracts Manager
An IT Service company had been using consultants to run large parts of their operation during a time of significant change. They needed to ensure that there was sufficient succession potential to replace these leaders once they withdrew. We were asked to coach several high potential candidates for these future leadership roles using the companies competency framework as a guide. Following a 360-degree questionnaire survey using the competencies we held six two-hour sessions over a period of six months with each executive. In some cases this was extended by a further three meetings. The feedback on leadership capability developed was positive and a number of executives were promoted as a result of this program.

A national charity introduced a management development program across the organisation. This included a 360-degree feedback process and coaching for each candidate. Liberating Potential has been coaching managers on this program for the last three years, working with all levels of management from first line up to board level.
