We can organise a 360-degree feedback process for clients in advance of coaching or work with the client’s own process. We can also design tailor-made feedback processes to fit your circumstances.
We can also create the capability framework needed to develop leaders and managers. We can draw on capability frameworks used by a number of other organisations as well as best practice. We can also use repertory grid technique to ensure that any capability framework meets the particular needs and unique culture of your organisation.

We have an extensive collection of tools, exercises and reading material that we use appropriately to help our clients. We often give relevant material to clients to read or work on in between coaching sessions. For example, our Personal Career Development Framework has evolved over many years of practice and clients find it an extremely helpful guide to thinking about their own life and career.
