“We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time”

about us

David Willcock founded Liberating Potential in 1996, following a 15-year career in HR Management and Development in the finance and public sectors.

We have highly talented consultants and strategic partners for delivering a range of individual, team and organisation development services based on our core coaching and facilitation skills.

Our combined organisation and psychology backgrounds means we can handle both personal and organisational issues, working at deeper levels to bring about change.

We have consultants qualified with the British Psychological Society and trained in a number of Level B personality instruments.  This includes the Hogan Development Survey that assesses the risk of executive derailment when under pressure or stress.

Working in the commercial, public and charity sectors in the UK and internationally, clients we have helped include:

  • Prudential Corporation
  • Pricewaterhouse Coopers
  • SmithKline Beecham (pre-merger)
  • Novel Corporation Europe
  • Rockwell Electronic Commerce
  • UK Forestry Commission
  • RSPB

The work examples give further information including client testimonials

Through partner organisations we have also had assignments recently with a major food retailer, an international publisher, a global luxury goods merchandiser, a property company and in local and national government.

We look forward to our journey with you!
